1. Slots will be allotted to the participants on a first come first serve basis of online registration and for specific events is subject to availability.
2. NO CLs and ACLs are allowed to participate in any event (including the war of CCs).
3. Participants will only be allotted for the event on a valid college ID card or on a college fee receipt at the time of registration.
4. Use of mobile phones are not allowed unless specified, further participant is advised to keep their devices fully charged for the specified events.
5. College Names should not be disclosed under any circumstances.
6. Participants should report at the venue of the events 45 minutes before their event.
7. Participants must adhere to the given time limit for all the events ( pre-recorded online or live performance) failing to which will lead to consequences.
8. The props and audio that will be used on the day of the event must be submitted on the Google Drive link on 3 RD January 2024 by 4 pm IST.
9. Events for which pre-recorded videos are required must be submitted on 4 TH January 2024 by 4 pm IST.
10. Prop photos and audio must be submitted on the drive link and the file name must
    be renamed as contingent name_ event name_ participant name and the format of
    AUDIO should be MP3 AND VIDEO MP4.
11. Any kind of obscenity, vulgarity, or misbehavior will not be tolerated and will lead to consequences at the discretion of the judges or the management.
12. Any kind of unfair means will lead to consequences.
13. Content that is religious, political, racist, vulgar, or hurts the sentiments of a particular person, community, or country is strictly prohibited
14. Props for the events must be verified by the management before the event.
15. Disrespect shown towards the management will lead to consequences.
16. If any of the above rules are not followed the management holds the right to disqualify the participants at any given point of time.
17. The management holds the right to disqualify the participants and alter the rules as and when required.
18. Judges and Management decisions will be final and binding.

1. REGISTRATION FOR ALL EVENTS SHALL ONLY BE DONE THROUGH THE PARALLAX WEBSITE (parallaxlsrc.online)
2. PRE EVENT REGISTRATION & DEAL OR NO DEAL REGISTRATION WILL COMMENCE FROM 19TH DEC 9 AM ONWARDS TILL 23RD DEC 7 PM
3. REGISTRATION DATE SHALL COMMENCE FROM 22ND DEC 9 am ONWARDS TILL 04th JAN 7 pm
4. CONTINGENTS WHO REGISTER FOR ALL THE EVENTS BETWEEN 22ND DEC TO 30TH DEC WILL BE ALLOTTED SLOT 1 PR POINTS.
5. REGISTRATION BETWEEN 31TH DEC TO 04th JAN FOR ALL THE EVENTS WILL BE ALLOTTED SLOT 2 PR POINTS
6. THE REGISTRATION DATES WILL NOT BE EXTENDED
7. REGISTRATION AND OTSE WILL BE GIVEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS
8. OTSE WILL BE OPENED ONLY ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SLOTS
9. REGISTRATION AND OTSE CAN ONLY BE DONE BY THE REGISTERED CL AND ACL
10. PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE CORRECT DETAILS WHICH ARE ASKED IN THE REGISTRATION FORM TO ENSURE PROPER COMMUNICATION
11. ID CARD / FEE RECEIPT PHOTO AND PHOTOS OF RESPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHOUT ANY FILTERS
12. IF THE PARTICIPANTS IS SHOW FEE RECEIPT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, GOVERNMENT ID OF THE SAID PARTICIPANT IS COMPULSORY
13. NO CLS AND ACLS ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE EVENTS.
14. CHANGE IN THE PARTICIPANT NAMES SHALL ONLY BE DONE PRIOR TO THE EVENT DAYS, NO CHANGE OF NAMES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
15. POP’s CAN ONLY BE COLLECTED BY THE REGISTERED CL OR ACL FROM THE REGISTRATION DESK AND IT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED 1 hr PRIOR TO THE EVENT
16. WHILE COLLECTING THE POP’s, THE REGISTERED CL OR ACL ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THE COLLEGE ID OR FEE RECEIPT (WITH GOVERNMENT ID) OF THE PARTICIPANTS
17. NO PROXY REGISTRATION WILL BE CONSIDERED
18. ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT ANY TIME IF NECESSARY
19. MAKE SURE YOUR PARTICIPANTS TIME DOES NOT CLASH WITH OTHER EVENTS, REGISTER ACCORDINGLY.
20. NPAQ AND NPAR POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED AS PER THE STRUCTURE GIVEN BY THE PR DEPARTMENT.
